140 Jane Street is a high-end residential development located in the West Village, featuring ground-up construction of a boutique luxury condominium. The project scope included site excavation, reinforced concrete superstructure, and a custom masonry and window wall façade designed to complement the surrounding historic district. Interiors were fitted with bespoke finishes, millwork, and imported stone to meet the highest luxury standards. Building systems included full MEP and life-safety infrastructure, with amenities such as a fitness room, residents’ lounge, and private rooftop terraces.
